About the Role


As part of the Back of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable JD experience by predominately playing a key part in the operations of day to day sales.


The right person will be operationally driven and hold a high attention to detail but also illustrate a great level of energy to keep up with the high demand of customer enquiries.

You will also be responsible for, however not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with deliveries in the stock room, working alongside our Back of House Manager and in-store VM to prioritize new lines and marketing campaign products.
  • Ensure Back of House and offsite standards are maintained inline with company expectations.
  • Assist floor sales team with product queries and customer requests, including collecting requested footwear product styles/sizes and with a sense of urgency delivering them to the shop floor.
  • Being knowledgeable of the top brands and styles, sharing product knowledge with your Department Managers and customers.
  • Work under the guidance and support of your Management team to achieve department KPI's and targets.
  • Assist with completion of compliance paperwork, adhering to all profit protection policies.
  • Adhoc tasks as required and upkeeping of general store presentation.
