  • Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

passion for developing nurses in clinical and professional practice
  • a
t least

three yearspost registration experience in a relevant field of nursing (e.g. acute, emergency or rural) and

two years within a New Zealand context
  • a
record of

delivering and facilitating learningin clinical practice-
expert level on PDRP, or at least proficient with demonstrated ability to transition to expert/senior excellent

communication, network building and interpersonal skills
  • a
record of engagement in

quality improvementactivities (e.g. champion/link nurse role)
  • a

preceptorship qualification is essential, further

adult education qualifications an advantage evidence of successful

study at postgraduate level
