The role:


We're looking for a Senior Workshop Technician to lead our Auckland workshop team, overseeing maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs for both our commercial fleet and domestic customers.

As importers of top brands like Wega, Rocket, and Mazzer, your role extends to providing essential technical guidance to distributors, engaging with customers, managing service schedules, and contributing to equipment sales growth.

In the first couple of months your focus will be on process improvement and supporting your technician with their work stream.

Longer term, you will be developing a pipeline to train our next coffee techs and more.
