Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi - About the Role

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective Ara learners/clients and internal stakeholders by ensuring you clearly understand their needs to provide positive and timely outcomes.
  • Ensure communication within Ara is regular clear, and concise.
  • Contribute to annual planning and regular review of activity to ensure it is in line with organisational objectives and targets are achieved.
  • Support wider Engagement Team activities and events as and when appropriate in consultation with Business Development Manager.
  • Support Contact Centre when needed by the Contact Centre Team Leader.

Ngā Pūkenga Me Ngā Wheako - Skills/Experience

  • 5 years minimum experience in a front of house customer service role.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in clientfacing sales role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication.
  • Sound time and selfmanagement skills including the ability to prioritise tasks, cope with a wide range of demands and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to selfreview sales performance.
  • Intermediate capability of MS Office Suite and IT packages.
