Your Role:

  • As a Digital Executive, a fundamental player within the instrumental Digital team on the ZURU Rocketship, you will drive the execution of paid media for the fastgrowing ZURU EDGE portfolio of brands to help us continue to disrupt the FMCG industry This role focuses on international media planning, buying and reporting, with a specific emphasis on implementing BEST IN CLASS paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok and The Trade Desk DSP. The Digital Executive has a huge responsibility for generating insights and optimisation strategies to enhance the performance of all our campaigns. Additionally, this role collaborates with other digital team specialists to support activities such as YouTube, Search, and Retail Marketplace (e.g. Amazon Ads) execution. The Digital Executive plays a vital role in budget management, campaign planning, and reporting across various brands and territories. With our brands all essentially being digitally & socially led startups, your daytoday really is ESSENTIAL to the success of the whole business

Class Ad Campaigns:
You will use your world-class digital talents to plan, implement, and report on ad campaigns that are industry-leading.

By leveraging your expertise in paid social media, you will help create impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive tangible results for the business.


  • Expertly Optimise Campaign Performance: Using your sharp analytical skills, you will crunch campaign data and generate insights to refine paid social campaigns. Your ability to make strategic decisions based on data will have a tangible impact on the performance of the campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment and improved outcomes.
  • Champion Paid Social Campaigns: You will be at the forefront of paid social campaigns, continuously seeking out new strategies and approaches to optimise and improve their effectiveness. Your enthusiasm and proactive nature will drive innovation and keep ZURU Edge brands ahead of the competition in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: As a member of the digital team, you will collaborate with colleagues across various functions, including digital, brand, and ecommerce teams. Effective communication and teamwork is crucial in coordinating efforts, aligning strategies, and delivering cohesive campaigns that align with marketing objectives.

Core Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital paid amplification strategies and rich social campaign implementations that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution, to optimisation and beyond to meet key performance metrics across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok & relevant platforms.
  • Ensure campaign success by managing bids and budgets to meet defined KPI's.
  • Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
  • Manage multiple large budgets across brands and geographies, analysing and recommending modifications to ad spend to optimise the overall media strategy.
  • Report on campaign performance and share this knowledge with wider brand teams to govern ongoing content and campaign strategies.
