The Warehouse Group (TWG) consists of six iconic New Zealand retail brands: The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming, Torpedo7, 1-day and TheMarket.

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of the team, working together to get large volumes of products to our customers

Job Description:


We are looking for team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, happy to get "stuck in" and see a job through from start to finish.

This is a
fixed term position based in our Wiri Distribution Centre, where you will work alongside our dedicated teams who not only work with high volumes but bring the energy every day

This role is working with our passionate Apparel Team and will offer you a variety of tasks, including:

  • Devanning containers
  • Processing orders
  • Loading belts
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Stacking pallets heavy to light
  • Using an RF scanner
  • Picking and packing apparel stock
  • Processing orders

This is a fixed term position from October until mid January 2024

Pay rate - $27.39 per hour

This role is 40hours a week Sunday - Thursday - 10:00pm - 4:30am

Qualifications:

  • Physically fit and able
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Distribution/Warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a safe manner with high regard to all health and safety practices
