We at KA NZ Enterprises Limited are looking for a Store Manager for our store based in Waiheke Island who will be required to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Planning, controlling and managing the store.
  • Effectively oversee the store's sales and collaborate with management to optimise them.
  • Ensure that the store is run efficiently.
  • Implementing and managing the prices of services offered by the business
  • Undertaking the promotion and marketing activities to uplift sales and to meet the set targets
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, including customer service objectives, operating plans, advertising strategies, purchase plans, store improvements and layouts.
  • Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
  • Oversee the inventory and purchase of goods and work with suppliers as necessary.
  • To make sure that there is enough inventory, perform routine stock checks.
  • Efficient advertising and merchandising in stores
  • Contribute to group efforts by attaining the intended outcomes.
  • Address grievances, questions, and product concerns from customers.
  • Oversaw employees, responding to their questions and ensuring they understood corporate guidelines and expectations.
  • Make sure that employees appropriately price and display the merchandise.
  • Oversee the growth and training of other employees.
  • As needed, attend to bankingrelated issues.
  • Make sure the store is always neat and orderly.
  • Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.

Other important requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail.
  • Available to work from 6 am to 6 pm, with an availability to work on weekends
  • Physically fit to be able to stand for longer hours.
  • Selfmotivated and a passionate individual

Pay:
$ $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
