During this programme you will:

  • Learn how software development works at FNZ, through training in C#,.NET, SQL and other technologies. This will involve handson experience, bootcamp attendance and our very own online training environment;
  • Discover software testing of FNZ platforms by learning SQL, Confluence and Jira, detecting bugs and writing solutions documentation;
  • Participate in business and systems analyst duties as part of the Analyst Testing team;
  • Work, meet and learn from international colleagues from all around the world.

About you:


You will be a motivated self-starter, keen to progress your career and build a skillset you can be proud of.


  • Have a solid foundation in coding, with personal projects or assignments you'd be proud to show us.
  • Have excellent grades in software engineering, computer science or similar qualifications.
  • Have a strong interest in FinTech and are willing to continue to explore and learn this industry.
  • Have a growth mindset, be resilient and able to cope with change and a very fast paced work environment.
