Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the projects from start to finish
Plan and co-ordinate work schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
Manage and motivate the construction team, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives
Maintain excellent communication with the site based team
Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial or large scale residential construction
Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
