Our group administration team is seeking an experienced administrator as part of our Senior Leadership Team. You willprovide extensive support to the Clinic Support Managers, widerAdminteamand clinicians.

We are looking for a full time Senior Clinic Support Manager, based at our Wellington or Hawkes Bay offices, working Monday to Friday.

This is a national role that providesadministrationsupport and day-to-day frontline advice.

Main responsibilities:

Provideadministrationsupport, based on exceptional customer service, to the entire clinical adminteam andwider Habit Health.

Provide adequate support and leverage to the Head of Group Administration to ensure efficient and effective administration services are delivered consistently across all locations.

Responsible for training,coachingand supporting administrators to be proficient is the usage of our PMS practice management systemand all administration processes.

The ideal candidate:

Experience in ACC processes is desirable but not essential

Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team

Five plus years' experience– leadership skills a HUGE plus

ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation
