Job Description:

Republic Services is seeking a talented and driven Web Chat Specialist to join our team remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat.
2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our website or services.
3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:
1. Resourceful and confident personality traits.
2. Strong project management and analytical skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency with web chat platforms and customer service software.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
