Your role


We are currently searching for a willing and capable Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team at SCR in Mount Maunganui.

In this role you will be responsible for customer service, administrative and office support activities for the SCR business.

Your responsibilities

  • Issuing shipping paperwork and pickup arrangements
  • Updating and auditing inventory records
  • Arranging of shipments of products including scheduling of company drivers
  • Provide ongoing customer service support and perform administrative tasks, answer incoming calls.
  • Generate reports and other electronic documents.
  • Process orders, including picking, packing and dispatching orders, handle accounts related enquiries.
  • Assist with production planning, stock take and inventory reconciliation.
  • Assist with general warehouse and production activities as reasonably directed
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.

Your skills & experience

  • Similar experience within the chemical manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, Intermediate computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Package
  • Team player with good time management and prioritisation
  • Flexible and Learning Attitude with willingness to learn and assist the wider team
  • Ability to work with mínimal of supervision
