We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Website Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support while also managing and maintaining our company website.


In addition to the above you will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming customer orders, process payments, and facilitate order fulfilment in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain product information, pricing, and promotions on the company website and ERP system.
  • Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to boost user experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design, sales, and IT to ensure website content aligns with overall business objectives.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support.
  • Knowledge of website administration tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • The ability to manage time efficiently, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Problemsolving skills to assist in the efficient resolution of customer queries and troubleshoot websiterelated issues.
  • Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms would be advantageous.
  • Experience updating and maintaining website content is preferred but not essential.
