MidCentral District is located in Palmerston North City could be the perfect place for you

MidCentral District is accredited for 24 months of advanced training for Medical Oncology.

MidCentral District provides a regional tertiary Cancer Treatment Service providing Medical Oncology, Haematology and Radiation Oncology to the populations of the following districts within Te Whatu Ora|

Health New Zealand:
Taranaki, Whanganui, Hawkes Bay and MidCentral.

Outpatient clinics form a large part of this role. As one of three advanced trainees you will participate in local clinics and share attendance at regional clinics. In addition, support to the inpatients is provided in conjunction with Medical Oncologists, a Medical Registrar and House Officer.

The weekday on call roster is Weekends are

Call frequency is 1 in 11
