The Role
Lumino Vivia Dental Birkenhead has an exciting opportunity for an admin-superstar to join our close-knit team.

Viva Dental is a close-knit team with a loyal patient base.

The team works closely together to provide a high standard of patient care with the shared goal of making dentistry a positive experience.


To step into this opportunity, you'll naturally be adept at calmly juggling different priorities and tasks while maintaining a positive, approachable, and friendly manner.

You're someone who enjoys making sure people feel cared for, relaxed and comfortable from the moment they enter our practice until they leave.


A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists as well as patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.


The Hours for the role are:

  • Monday
  • Friday 8:15am
  • 5:15pm
  • Weekends Free

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Front desk or receptionist experience is a must, ideally in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional customer focus and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles.
  • The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
  • Computer savvy skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
