About the role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Packing Operator to join our Supply Chain Division at our Hamilton plant. In this role you will be responsible for packing and filling our products, safely and efficiently. We will support you with training to enable you to develop with our team to increase responsibility and skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Carry out the packing processes of Ecolab strictly according to established operating procedures to meet daily production plan e.g. machine operation, packaging and filling
  • Operate equipment and handling finished goods as per Occupational Health and Safety instructions
  • Transfer products across the facility using a forklift (once trained / qualified)
  • Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management

  • An understanding of safety and the hazards of packing, filling and mixing chemicals
  • An interest in machine operation and how things work
