We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate customer service / People leader to work in our fast-growing Online department.


You will help in our Online team and be a key figure in ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our online customer base.


Key job functions include,

  • Ensuring our customers get the very best service at all times in line with our customer promises.
  • Coordinating training and development of all staff
  • Organizing the day to day running of the Online Department including rostering.
  • Optimizing Data to grow online sales.
  • Operational excellence is achieved for all online shopping orders
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role

The Successful applicant will have,

  • Be able to successfully lead a team of online personal shoppers.
  • Have Full New Zealand Driver license.
  • Be physically fit and able to fulfil all the requirements of the role.
  • Strong relationship builder, team player, honest and flexible
  • Strong organizational and communication
  • An excellent work ethic and attitude

Supermarket and/or Retail experience isn't a Must but is desirable.
