Join the Assertive Community Outreach Service (ACOS), an intensive Community Mental Health Team in the High and Complex Needs Service.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Our multi-disciplinary team work alongside people who need support to engage with mental health services and present with high needs and vulnerability associated with their mental health.
This is a permanent, full time role working 10 days per fortnight on a
Monday to Sunday roster. You will be working approximately 3 or 4 weekend days per 8-week roster.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
- You will be a Mental Health Nurse registered in New Zealand with a current Practising Certificate or eligible for the same. It is desirable that you have two years' experience or more working in mental health settings, ideally with community experience.
- As this role is community based, a full and clean driver license is essential for this role.
