Role
Lumino Burton & Brown have a Receptionist opportunity available at their popular inner-city practice.


Burton & Brown have been around for over 30 years and have a brilliant clinical team that boasts over 120 years of combined experience.


As one of our Receptionists, you will be the friendly face that our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice.

A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our clinicians as well as patient recalls, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.


The hours for the role are as follows:

  • Tuesday
  • Thursday: 8.00am
  • 5.30pm
  • Friday: 8.00am 4.30pm
  • Opportunity for additional hours some Mondays & Saturday.

Location

  • Panama Street, Wellington CBD.
  • Convenient location that is close to all shops, food stores and lifestyle.
  • Nearby to public transport options.

The Person

We are seeking a person with:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
  • Warm and positive attitude and teamorientated approach.
  • Computer savvy skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
