We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role you will support the delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework to ensure that Suncorp New Zealand continue to elevate our customer needs and deliver on our promises in a compliant, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development of new QA criteria & maintains existing criteria by working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Supports the WNS NZQA partner team by responding to queries in a timely manner and ensuring monthly quality reviews are executed at a high standard
  • Provides value add feedback to identify training opportunities and any other relevant risk, compliance or customer assessments to stakeholders and QA team within required timeframes.
  • Assists with providing insights and advice, learning, development and improvement opportunities and contributes towards the ongoing review and development of the Quality Assurance Framework.
  • Helps develop and maintain relationships with all internal and external Stakeholders as required.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Customer / sales / claims / call centre experience - Desired
  • Quality assurance, technical training, coaching and, or advisory experience – Desired
  • Previous quality assurance, audit, risk and compliance experience within an insurance or financial services related industry advantageous
  • Previous expertise in the insurance (Life and Health / General Insurance) industry or similar financial services industry
  • Providing presentations, compiling reports, providing feedback, on the job training or coaching experience
  • Great communicator – good verbal and written skills, able to identify and articulate opportunities or gaps in processes, deliverables or training and discuss with Stakeholders in an objective and measurable way.
  • Ability to undertake root cause analysis and provide insights.
