About the role
This full-time, permanent position is available at
Grove
Mitre 10, Onehunga. Our shift pattern is rostered to work Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday working 40 hours per week.

Our team is highly regarded when it comes to paint.

Our experts' knowledge and customer service level is like no others and our customers know that they can fully trust our advice when it comes to transforming their most loved spaces or surfaces with the right colours, materials and tools.

No wonder our paint counter is increasingly busy and now needs another superstar to join the team.

You will be part of a very supportive, knowledgeable team that work together to deliver great service. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your retail sales career.
- a passion for customer service excellence
- retail sales experience, _desired but not essential_
- excellent listening, communication skills and solution focused
- an ability to take initiative, be mature and autonomous
- an element of physical fitness as lifting and merchandising products is part of this role: full paint buckets can be quite heavy
