Job Description:


Reporting to the Customer Care Chapter Lead (Team Leader) you will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries, with your main role purpose being to provide an effortless customer experience for our customers.


As a Customer Care Specialist your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
  • Building rapport with customers by active listening and a mirroring communication style.
  • Running efficient case management and followup within agreed timeframes.
  • Keep up to date with processes, procedures and products to ensure accurate information is provided.

Qualifications:

  • A track record of offering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An outstanding phone manner with a passion for resolution.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and the full MS Office suite is an added benefit.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • The ability to work with a sense of urgency and thrive working under pressure.
  • Passionate about building relationships with people from all walks of life within our Torpedo 7 community.
  • Flexibility and thinking outside the box.
  • Working to KPIs and tight timeframes, we are after someone that can be relied on to have great punctuality and a proven attendance record.

_ You will need to be available to work 40 hours a week between 8:00am-7pm. You will have every second weekend off with one day of the week and a weekend day off in the alternating week_
