The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our close-knit team in the heart of Wellington


Woodward Dental Practice has been in the same rooms for more than 75 years and our highly-experienced team has been working together to provide the wider community with excellent communication.

Our aim is to deliver excellent, lasting treatment in a personal, trusting environment and for smiles to be all around.

As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice.

A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.

It will be rewarding as no 2 days are the same, and what a pleasure to see people leaving with a smile on their faces

The hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday 8:15am 5:15pm
  • With a 60minute lunch break


 No Weekend Work
  • Woohoo

The Location
Located in Wellington Central, this is in the heart of the CBD:

The Person
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to help out the team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive and teamorientated approach to all you do.
  • Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
