We are currently recruiting for an administrator to support our Gisborne based Housing and Wellbeing Support team.

In this role, you will provide support to a team of Housing Support and Senior Housing Support Managers, ensuring the smooth running of the neighbourhood unit.

You will be responsible for administration, filing, reception duties and customer service, as well as drafting letters as required by the team, managing stationery supplies and organising office maintenance.

  • You'll have prior experience working in an administration role in a busy office
  • You'll be proactive, flexible and well organised, structuring work in a logical manner
  • You will have a sound understanding of confidentiality, knowing when it is appropriate not to share information
  • You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
