This multi-venue hotel property requires a natural leader who can oversee the entire hotel's Food & Beverage operations from grand banquets to corporate board meetings, all the while exceeding customer expectations.


Working closely with your senior team, this role requires a detail orientated person with advanced time-management and organisational skills and whose excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will build strong internal and external relationships.


The ability to implement strategies and systems that align with the budgeted projections, and ensure profitability and efficiency, will be essential to your success in this position.
