About the Role:As the Associate Director, you will lead projects and manage a team of young engineers, while also handling client relationships and other key stakeholders. Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in land development and civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D.
  • CPEng certification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
