Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

As a Professional Practice Manager you will effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of the professional practice function within the Faculty.

You will work to establish and maintain working relationships with Schools, Early Childhood Centre's, and Principals.

Mōu | Who You Are

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5-6 office management experience in a large organisation alongside.


  • High level knowledge and experience of administration policies, systems, and processes.
  • Proven ability and experience to be highly organised.
  • Proven ability and experience at constructively managing and leading staff.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to relate to people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Ability to be flexible, use initiative and to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines though meticulous planning practices.
  • Computer skills, MS Office Suite, and student management systems.
  • The ability to interpret complex regulations and protocols and to work within precedents.
  • Understanding of health and safety in the workplace
