The Role

  • Providing design documentation to fit the needs of a range of architectural projects.
  • Planning and leading the delivery of design documentation for a range of architectural projects.
  • Design documentation leadership and awareness, growing the design capabilities of the team.

About you:

  • Strong working knowledge of, and ability to deliver all work using Revit.
  • Experience in producing building documentation that is compliant with the NZ Building Code and meets consent requirements without amendment.
  • Ability and experience in producing documentation that suits the commercial construction market.
  • A clientcentric approach, a talent for building and growing relationships with internal clients, robust communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A passion for fostering design innovation to strengthen the team.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
