Platforms and products initiatives are underway with capability building to fuel these initiatives happening in parallel.

The existing team has some of the skills but new blood is sought to reframe perspectives and lead areas that are brand new.

Here's where you come in.

Your role:


Reporting directly into the Head of Platform and Operations, this role will be seen to develop, implement and manage the cloud and infrastructure strategies and roadmaps aligning with the business goals across digital transformation.

Alongside this leading the DevSecOps engineering practices as the technology is modernised with core focus around;

Cloud Practices:

Manage and maintain the organisation's cloud infrastructure and architecture, including servers, networks, storage, and security

People Management & Leadership:

Lead a team of circa 10 engineers and analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities

Portfolio Governance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to cloud infrastructure

Technology strategy:

Develop and implement cloud strategies and roadmaps to meet business needs and goals

Commercial & Financial Management:

Manage cloud infrastructure budgets and contracts with vendors and service providers

Your fit:


Breathing all things cloud and infrastructure, you will be the expert in this space and able to leverage your previous enterprise experience of having established cloud centers of excellence, practices and executing the business strategy.

Having managed, developed and formed teams you will have seen success in uplifting their capability and empower them to successfully support the delivery of large, complex projects.


This newly created role will draw on your knowledge of transformation work, with a lens on datacenter migration and understanding of how to navigate technical and legacy debt.
