We are focussed on providing our patients with world class imaging, reporting and contract services within our communities in New Zealand.

We are looking for a Charge Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist to manage and lead the MRI team for the region, providing a great radiology service and excellent care to patients.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching and feedback to the MRI team
  • Ability to assess and determine the work priorities of the team including allocating and coordinating work
  • Provide technical advice to other clinical staff to ensure effective outcomes for patients
  • Coordinate the training and development programmes for all MRI technologists
  • Participate on the modality roster
  • Effectively roster the resources with other leadership team members to utilise resources across the region
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and supplies stocked
  • Maintain a level of knowledge of current professional practice and developments.
