The Radiology Service at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha
provides patient centred care across multiple sites. We are a hardworking team who use professional
knowledge and skills to ensure the provision of quality patient-centred imaging
and interventional services. Our busy tertiary hospital setting offers you
the challenge of performing a wide range of imaging involving acute, inpatient,
and outpatient workloads.
Ko wai koe | About You
The Unit Charge MIT is responsible for delivering the best quality medical imaging
service within available resources to meet the requirements and standards of
the Radiology Service, Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury, and the people of our
region. This role is responsible for the
effective and efficient delivery of the General X-ray service in our Emergency
Radiology department. You will also work
alongside the Clinical Team Lead, and other area Unit Charges, to coordinate
the day-to-day running of the General X-ray team.

equipment and imaging procedures
- Dynamic thinking and problem solving ability
- Leadership experience is highly desirable, but
