This near 'real-time' delivery of big data is enabling new and innovative retail products that give customers large and small the ability to make smarter decisions.


About the role


Help our dynamic team manage the C&I electricity metering services in New Zealand focusing on ensuring we provide uninterrupted services to both our Retailer and Direct End User Customers.

In this role you will help with the batching, optimisation and allocation of field work orders received out of our system to our field service providers (technicians).


Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing field work orders to completion for closure and final invoicing
  • Assisting field service providers to schedule in work when applicable;
  • Ensuring we meet our daily field work order completion quotas for any mass deployment project work
  • Support the C&I Operations Manager and Team Leader in adhoc administrative tasks as or when required including any report processing;
  • Provide monthly reporting support;
  • Cross training on other operational functions as or when required

You bring a positive, friendly and can-do attitude. You enjoy working with a great team. Previous customer service and administration experience is essential. You are good with technology and know your way around word, excel and outlook.


You will also be well organised, outcomes focused, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to work in a busy environment.
