What do we need?


This role will provide operational support to assist the Site Manager to ensure a smooth and effective operation is always maintained.

You will be working on site with our customer, and you will be responsible for the following:

  • Consulting with the customer on daily requirements and resolving any queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to the Operations Manager
  • Collation and ongoing administration of process documentation
  • Provide effective advice, support, and encouragement to the team.
  • Organising uniforms, equipment, and consumables for the site
  • Promote a health & safety culture.
About you?

You will be a result focused individual with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience ideally in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP would be an advantage.
  • Forklift license advantage
