The role of an Early Childhood Teacher plays a critical part in a child's holistic development and preparedness to transition to school. YOU become a special part of each and every child's journey through meaningful connections, quality programs and practices, and giving children a voice in their learning.

We currently have Early Childhood Teacher opportunities available in the following OAC campus locations:

This role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and inclusive learning environment. As an ECT, you will:

  • Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities
  • Mentor a team of Educators through educational guidance
  • Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for children
  • Plan and program with support from the Curriculum and EYLF
  • Maintain ongoing records of the children's development
  • Have a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.
