Who are we?
Macpac is New Zealand's original outdoor brand. Founded in Christchurch in 1973, we've made it our business to show people that life is better when you're outside. We're a socially conscious business, and we operate in a way that is both ethical and sustainable. As a leader in the outdoor retail space, we have a responsibility to protect and preserve our wild places, and we take that responsibility very seriously. To be successful in the role
Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.
- Dedicated to building a "customer centric" culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
- Sharing your product knowledge and experience
- Leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly
