Te tūranga - The role
The RBNZ has commenced work on a large-scale multiyear project. The RBNZ seek a junior to medium level Project Manager to support the Project Director, and wider project team, to deliver a successful investment proposition.

The assignment is a part of a significant property infrastructure project and supports our role as kaitiaki of the financial system.

Ō pūkenga - About you
To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • At least 2-3 years' recent experience in property fitout and building construction project management.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end property project stages.
  • User experience of Microsoft project and other Microsoft applications such as Excel and Teams.
  • Understanding and experience of project business cases, project budgets and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience in project resourcing, procurement and contract management.
  • Proven relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience working with large project teams, and be a team player.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience of establishing and leading meetings for a range of audiences.
  • A proactive self-starter approach, with drive, enthusiasm, and the ability to deal with ambiguity. Commitment to on-going professional development.
  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
