He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role
You will help support our people to fulfil their dreams and aspirations and to rise above their current situation.


You'll coach, mentor, and work with adults to gain real skills by encouraging their participation in daily activities such as chores, preparing evening kai, and connecting with others.

You'll also support medication management and help people to be as autonomous as possible.

You will join a team of 6 support workers, who are currently looking after 6 clients.

This is a full-time permanent role with shifts varying Monday to Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and a wake over shift from 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.


He kōrero mōu | About You
We're looking for a new team member to join one of our Auckland residential services. We are looking for passionate, vibrant, assertive, confident, and compassionate individuals to work in our service.


You will need to have a minimum of two years' experience as you will work with existing clients and need to quickly establish great connections and rapport with them.

Ideally, your experience includes a background in social work, adult support, psychology, coaching, or mentoring.


You need to be fit and active, enjoy connecting with people, be quick thinking, and be a great problem solver.


It is essential that you have a full New Zealand driver's license; a good level of computer literacy; and a can-do attitude.

It is desirable that you have a Level 4 Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions or equivalent.
