Our Armourguard Cash Services Division in Auckland provide essential services for the cash and banking industry and commercial businesses across the region and are looking for someone with experience in a supervisory role, who is energetic with a get up and go attitude wanting long term work of 2 years and more, for this Night Shift Team Leader – Auckland Cashfloor position. You will be the type of person who can work at night who can work through pressure to help their team meet tight deadlines.
About the Role:
- Must be comfortable working in an enclosed secure building monitored 24/7 where you will be controlling the operation of the Cash processing and incoming and outgoing product.
- Managing and liaising with customers with the aim of lifting customer service. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure the service we provide is above clients expectations.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance of Cash procedures and processes via on-going investigations and audits.
- Responsible for adhering to the company H&S policy, system, and procedures.
- Ensures that any staff are aware of the KPI requirements & training and inducting the staff.
- Coverage of Evening shift on requests
- Support of our transport Area when requested.
- Any additional tasks on request.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks to progress through the recruitment process. As a minimum these will include:
- Driver Licence
- Credit
- Ministry of Justice Criminal History Checks
- Live in Auckland
- Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Excellent command of the English language: Clarity and articulation of speech, written and comprehension a must
- Excellent time management (turn up on time for work)
- Must be comfortable working nights.
- Honest and reliable
- Can be on your feet for long periods.
- Must not shy away from communicating with your colleagues.
- Can work to tight deadlines.
- Must have supervisory or team leader experience in a monetary establishment preferred
