Jacobs are seeking a
Principal Civil Engineer - Roads and Highways to join the team in our Wellington or Christchurch offices.

The role will directly report to the Section Leader - Roads & Highways.

In this role, you will set clear direction regarding client focus and responsiveness and will help ensure we can identify and anticipate client needs.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Relevant engineering qualification (Ideally CPENG)
  • Knowledge and understanding of appropriate standards and accepted practices from a consultancy or equivalent road agency
  • Significant experience leading project teams on large projects in a design management role
  • Thorough capacity to work well within a team and manage a team
  • Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Ability to agilely engage in business development
