Court Registry Officer, Hamilton District Court (Permanent Full-Time)
We are searching for skilled individuals to join our team at the District Court in Hamilton.

The Opportunity


As a Court Registry Officer (CRO), you will be part of a team responsible for the smooth operation of the Court. You will interact with various stakeholders involved in the Justice system, including Judges in the courtroom and chambers. The tasks of the CRO role involve:


  • Court Taking - facilitating the court proceedings, coordinating with Judges, managing jurors, and handling court administration.

Case Management - ensuring the necessary information is available to the Judiciary and case parties for timely hearings.

  • Travel to Waikato Courts may be necessary, requiring a valid New Zealand driving license.
