- Qualified adult cardiologist.
- You must hold FRACP (or equivalent international qualification) and be registered or be eligible for general registration as a Medical Officer with the Medical Council of New Zealand ).

Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, the overarching organisation for the National Health Service of Aotearoa.
Te Whatu Ora leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels.

Regional services like Te Pūriri o Te Ora provide care for nearly 2 million people from Northland and the greater Auckland region, and specialist national services for the whole of Aotearoa including rarer cancer types.
