Our client presents an exciting opportunity for an L2/3 Technical Specialist to join their team.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including delivering high-quality second and third-tier technical support and playing a pivotal role in maintaining and managing network servers, desktop systems, and both local and wide area networks.


What you will do:


In this role, you will be an integral part of the IT team, providing proactive and accurate resolution of technical issues and knowing when to escalate them.

You'll work collaboratively with the IT team and the business, identifying recurring issues and proposing effective solutions. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining high standards of support and services.

Additionally, you will play a key role in project teams, offering infrastructure expertise and implementing solutions, demonstrating your ability to run small, self-managed projects effectively.


Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft server and desktop in a domain environment.
  • Skills in Cloud and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge in LAN/WAN hardware, systems integration, and network switch management.
  • Familiarity with security concepts and firewalls.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills, with initiative and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency.
  • Experience in managing small projects and contributing to larger team projects.
