The Customer Support Specialist is a critical member of a greater Customer Success team who collectively provide service delivery and first line support to customers across Australia and New Zealand.


They are responsible for the servicing of customers' support and success requirements, working closely with the Team Leaders & wider team to provide efficient, timely and accurate advice to client issues & problems.

Customer Support Specialists at Isentia are solution-focused and always ensure every client is gaining the desired level of value from their Isentia service.


Required skills:

  • Strong clientservice focus with previous experience in a client/customer/account support/service role in a technology / SaaS company
  • Selfconfidence, customerfirst mentality, detailed problem solving skills coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can adapt to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the organization
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, G-Suite) & able to adapt quickly to new technologies; CRM experience.e.g Salesforce
