• About the RoleAs a NOC Engineer: PBS & Legacy Systems, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we deliver the best possible customer service experience across Networks and IT. You will work collaboratively with our other NOC Engineers sharing responsibility for all aspects of Service Operations. You will also collaborate with Performance and Resolution Leaders in incident triage.

In this 24/7 shift-based role within Spark, you'll be in the spotlight, providing quality outcomes within agreed timeframes in accordance with SLAs across Legacy systems (Including PSTN and Satellite Backhaul), Power & Building Services and Critical Environments.
