Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with integration experience to join our team permanently. The Test Manager will understand the testing effort of the project by analyzing requirements. This involves test estimation, defining test strategies and developing test plans for the tasks, dependencies and resources available.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing the ongoing testing of an inflight project and others as required.
- Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties on the project regarding progress, issues and/or risk
- Assigning and allocating tasks to the testing team members where necessary on the project
- Be fully conversant with the SDLC
- Having a wide breadth of experience across many industries. (Health Sector is a big plus)

***We are looking for someone who is passionate about Test Management and has a keen interest to join a team of talented individuals in a permanent role. You will be driven and have a proactive attitude.
- 10+ years' experience in ICT 5 years in Test Management
- Working Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in implementing automation across different projects
- Experience of working on infrastructure projects is preferable
- Ready to do "hands on" when required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ideally you will have a BSc Computer Science / Information Systems
