About the role:
We are looking for a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join one of Australasia smartest construction management & advisory firms and help to plan & guide some of the country most interesting construction projects.
Applicants can come from a dedicated project planning background or from civil engineering/site engineering role with some exposure & knowledge of MS Project.
This is a junior to intermediate role & will be working alongside of the best construction planners & delay analysis specialists who will guide & mentor this person as they grow their career.
You will work closely with major asset organisations as well as leading Tier 1 contractors and the wider project teams to prepare programmes and schedule works, provide advice on construction disputes, analysis on construction methodologies, programs, cost records
, development of project sequence, construction methodology and mitigation strategies & the preparation of monthly project reports, independent monitoring and completion advice.
About you:
You will be an engineer or junior/intermediate construction professional with MS Project & or Primavera experience & a real desire to move your career down the professional project management path.
- Some construction planning and scheduling experience
- Competency with MS Project/Primavera P
- Fantastic communication and organisational skills
- Experience across construction/infrastructure sectors
- Relevant tertiary qualification
