Who would suit this role?

A highly motivated person, with a proven trackrecord of outstanding customer service, a sound knowledge of automotive partsand a strong desire to achieve will excel in this role. The role is suited to alogical/rational thinker who enjoys problem solving. We need someone who isproficient in using online computer systems and has the ability to work underpressure to meet deadlines.

What does this role entail?

You will be responsible for managing vehicle, mechanical and electrical breakdown claims at our national claims centre. You will also assist with our customer and workshop queries. Thisis a busy, office-based role requiring a high level of administrative claimsprocessing and the effective management of relationships across multiplestakeholders.

What do we need from you?

  • 5 years minimum in the Automotive Trade/Industry
  • Automotive Trade Qualified (Mechanical))
  • Articulate with a good verbal and numeracy skills
  • You must hold the legal right to work in NZ as defined by NZ Immigration - the role is an immediate start so you need to be living in New Zealand currently.
