Due to an internal progression, we're now looking for our next outstanding Personal Training Manager to lead our team at Les Mills Taranaki Street Street and deliver the world's best fitness experiences

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be working as part of a tightly-knit management team. As Personal Training Manager, you'll own the space of growing and developing a team of successful PTs. You'll be recruiting, training, coaching, inspiring and leading your teams to smash their targets for member satisfaction and service.

You will ideally:

  • Have at least 5 years of PT experience
  • Have experience running a high performing team
  • Have experience creating departmental plans and budgets
  • Be an inspirational leader with the ability and desire to develop culture and talent within a large and diverse team
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Have a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle
  • Our team is passionate and relentless in the pursuit of health and wellness. We expect the best from ourselves and others.
  • This role is a fulltime role of 32 hours per week.
