This person will be providing effective and efficient logístical and operational assistance to all faculties and departments.

This will be completed by efficient and timely distribution of inward goods, shipping of outward-bound goods, operational cleaning and vehicle movement.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading & unloading of goods from incoming and delivery vehicles
  • Check to ensure that goods have arrived undamaged
  • Assist in the sorting of inward goods for the daily delivery runs and ensure delivery services are provided to all departments
  • Sort incoming mail and deliver as required
  • Assist with the relocation of offices and furniture as required

About You

  • Experience in a similar industry/warehouse or courier service
  • Experience in cleaning services
  • Great interpersonal skills and work well in a team
  • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role
  • Must be physically fit to undertake the full range of activities
