He kōrero mō te tūranga - The Role


The role of the property manager is to provide effective property management services for properties which are owned and/or leased by the Emerge Aotearoa Group.

Working in partnership with the service delivery teams, spending time to understand their needs and will look to provide solutions which match their needs and acting in a responsive manner.

There will be a particular focus on the healthy home legislation and other legislation changes.

The role is full-time permanent position covering the Wellington & Central regions. The role can be based in the Central region.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • Project management, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role combined with experience in working with property and asset administration
  • Strong business systems knowledge in areas such as assets, property and general administration
  • Proficiency in word processing and the Microsoft suite
  • Previous experience working in property management
  • A relevant qualification in business management or property management
  • Full NZ driver's licence and be eligible to work in New Zealand
